How do you make the clothes?

All the items are designed and handmade to oreder from sustainable or recycled fabric by me, Lucia Rusu in my home studio in London. I create zero waste technique.
How do I order my correct size?

How can I return my order ?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Each order is send with tracked and signed for service, please see my delivery and returns page for more info.
How many employees do you have?

None, I am the sole operat of the brand.
Is your brand Sustainable ?

For the moment my brand is not 100% ethical and sustainable , but I'm working on it. But here at Lu'stories brand; every single item is designed and handmade-to-orde by me only at my home studio London. Everything is completely made-to-order, and I have a very limited stock. Most of the garments are unique and made from recycling materials. I do this in order to reduce any unnecessary waste and I'm trying to explore and find more zero waste technique.
How long do the orders take to be made and delivered ?

If you order an article of clothing it will take 5/7 days be made and be shipped out.All the accessories are pre-made and will be shipped in 1/3 after placing the order.Once it is shipped , it usually take 3/5 days with the UK Royal Special delivery and anywere from 2/3 weeks if it it's international.
